Arnold Stephens Obituary
Pocomoke City-Arnold Clifton Stephens, 76, died March 31, 2017. A native of Giles County, VA, he was predeceased by his wives, Martha J. Stephens and Kathleen B. Stephens. Arnold was a retired foreman at Air-A-Plane Corporation.
Survivors include four daughters, Sandra and Allen Cahoon, Jr. of Norfolk, VA, Rebecca Barninger and Victor Dana, Scott Barninger of Pocomoke City, Rosemary and Doug Kimbro of Chesapeake, VA and Sherry Stephens of Niagara Falls, NY; three sons, Rev. Allen and Wendy Jeffers of Carrollton, VA, Mike and Teresa Jeffers of Carrollton, GA, and Arnold Stephens, Jr. of Niagara Falls, NY; granddaughter and also caregiver, Carrie Howard; sister, Linda Loverin of Pulaski, VA; brother, Stacey Stephens of LaGrange, GA; three stepdaughters, Kathy Burr, Roxanne Harbaugh and Darlene Galloway; thirteen grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 5, at 11 A.M. in Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6-8 P.M. www.SturtevantFuneralHome.com
