Marlene Nan Lane

On February 4, 2013, Marlene Nan Lane of Deming passed away after a long struggle with health issues.
Nan was born August 17, 1956 in Silver City, New Mexico to Harvey and Faith Garrett. She grew up in Silver Bell, AZ., and Morenci, AZ. She worked as a truck driver for the Morenci Mines.
Nan has two children, Samantha Faith Barker-Dorbandt, who passed away on December, 3, 2011.
Survivors are: Samantha's twins, Robert and Sonora Dorbandt of NM; Nan's son, Charlie Lane and wife, Amber; their three children, Echo, Zoley and Charles K., all of Morenci; Nan's parents, Harvey and Faith Garrett, of Deming, NM; her brother, Dean Garrett and wife, Erin, of St. George, UT; and sister Lynn Garrett, of Deming and lot's of nieces and nephews.
Nan loved camping, fishing, horseback riding and was an avid outdoorswoman. She loved her children, grandchildren and family.
Nan will be deeply missed, but are glad she is not suffering anymore. We all love you.
