Pat grew up in White Plains, New York where her father was principal of schools. In the summertime the family would pack up and return to their favorite retreat, a cottage on Canandaigua Lake . The cottage was built by Pat's father and whoever else was around during that time. The cottage was that, just a simple cottage but the experiences that it provided through the years, touched many families. Pat's family and eventually all her grandchildren enjoyed the cottage well into her 70's. She sometimes would go it alone at the cottage finding a great deal of peace and solitude, the lake being something that was especially dear to her heart.
Pat earned a bachelors Degree while attending Columbia University and the University of Richmond . She went on to work in the field as an occupational therapist In Rochester . She balanced her work career while taking time to raise three children. She was an active member in the local PEO chapter.
The family is very thankful for all the support and help received through the years from many caring people. Special thanks to Donna and Eileen for their support while mom was at home. Heather Heights of Pittsford and all the staff, The Episcopal Home and all the staff. thank you all.

To echo my brother's words, your family was a fun focal point to our childhood on Audubon Street. What wonderful memories your mom created for so many.

Condolences to Robert and Susan. The Burnett family lived down the street from us when I was a little boy, and we stayed in touch when they moved to Landing Road. Bobby and I had an ongoing project to build a fort in their back yard which we never finished. Pat paid her respects at my mother's memorial in 2001. That was the last time I saw her. A wonderful lady who I remember fondly, and your father as well.
