Gage, Michael J. Bourne, MA: Michael J. Gage, 67, of Bourne (formerly from Penfield) died August 30, 2015 at home. He was the husband of Donna J. (Beck) Gage and the son of the late Walter and Dorothea (Quinn) Gage. Mike was born in Rochester, NY and was a lifelong resident of Penfield, NY before moving to Bourne last year. Mr. Gage taught Mathematics and coached varsity baseball at Penfield High School (his alma mater) for 30 years. He retired in 2005. Mike was an avid Yankees fan. Survivors include his wife, Donna J. (Beck) Gage of Bourne; 2 sons, Michael ( Nancy) Gage of Needham, MA and Timothy ( Deanna) Gage of Manassas , VA ; 2 brothers, Walter ( Nadine) Gage of Milford, CT and Richard ( Judy) Gage of Ft. Meyers, FL; 5 grandchildren; Elise, Jessica, Jackson, Samuel, and Cooper Gage; brothers-in-law James (Denice) Beck of TX and Bill (Donna) Beck of OK; as well as several nephews and nieces. A celebration of his life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 5, 2015 in the Penfield United Methodist Church, 1795 Baird Road, Penfield, NY. Grandchildren; Erika, Desiree and Ellie. Siblings; Margaret, Cheryl, Dorothy, Helen, Eric, Hans, Larry, Karen, Karol and Kurt (and spouses). Many nieces, nephews and cousins. No Prior Visitation. Funeral Mass on Saturday, September 5th at 11:15 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Dewey at Stone Road. Interment is Private.

Gleichauf, George G. "Genny George" Bergen: Went home to rest on August 31, 2015, at age 86. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 46 years, Catherine (Hertel) Gleichauf, special friend of 15 years, Dorothy Harradine; siblings, Charles (Frances), Lawrence, Sister Grace, SSJ, Mildred (Raymond), Robert (Mary), and parents, George & Theresa Gleichauf. Survived by his daughters: Nancy, Terry (Dan) Almekinder, & Christine (Peter) Metz; grandchildren: Melissa, Andrea, Tiffany, Jamie, Traci, Margot, & Chloe; siblings, Monica, Arlene (Edwin) Mathews, Doris (John) Graham, & Sister Grace Noel, SSJ, as well as several loving nieces & nephews, and many dear friends. George was a post WWII U.S. Army veteran who served in Europe. He was a longtime salesman of Standard, Topper, & Genesee Beer. The family would like to extend a special thank you to the staff at Villages at Unity for 3 years of loving care. Relatives & friends may call TODAY, Sept. 2nd from 4-7PM at the Funeral Home of Alvah Halloran & Son, 2125 Chili Ave., Gates. A Mass of Christian will be held at 9:30AM on Thurs., Sept. 3rd, at St. Charles Borromeo Roman Catholic Church, 3003 Dewey Ave., Rochester, NY 14616. Interment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Guentner, Donald J. "Unkie Din" Greece: Monday, August 31, 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Iolanda; devoted daughter, Sonia (John) Romantini; devoted son, Tony (Paula) Gabriele; adored by his grandchildren, Vittorio & Cristina Romantini, Vanessa, Tony Jr. & Ivana Gabriele; brothers, Tito & Carlo Gabriele; his sister, Iole Gabriele; and many other friends and family.
