Iati, Angelo  
Iati, Angelo J. Gates: On July 30, 2015, Angelo was reunited in heaven with his beloved wife, Jacqueline. He was born in Palmyra, NY, on May 3, 1919 to the late Felice and Teresa (Battaglia). Predeceased by his sister, Catherine, brothers, Anthony (Joanne) and Orlando Iati. He is survived by his children, Elaine (Timothy) Clar, Diane (Gale) Miller, Mary Ann (David) Houser; his grandchildren, Suzanne Purewal, Timothy (Martha) Clar, Corinne (David) Marinucci, Melissa (Eric) Shaw and Stephanie Houser; his great grandchildren, Sasha Query, Haily Query, Devin Clar, Mychaela Clar, Dylan Shaw and Ryan Shaw; his great-great grandchildren, Sophie and Carmen. His sister-in-law, Lorraine Iati remained a caring presence in his life. Angelo looked forward to her visits, sharing memories, and loved her cooking. He is also survived by his nieces, Janice Doak, Sandra Wilson, Carolyn Perdue, Karen Smith, and nephew, Phillip Iati, and their extended families. Angelo served in the United States Navy during World War II aboard the USS Solomons CVE 67 aircraft carrier. A retired Captain for the Rochester City Fire Department and Past President of the Retired Rochester Firefighters Benevolent Assocuation, he was a hero not only to his family, but to the entire community, risking his life every day on the job, to make the world a better place. Angelo was a man of honor and integrity who showed his family the meaning of love. We were blessed to have him in our lives for so many years, No prior calling. Services and interment were private. Isaacson, Morris Rochester: Passed away July 27, 2015 at age 96. Predeceased by his wife, Ethel. Survived by his loving sons, Ruben, Dr. Morton (Erica Zissman) & Dr. Alan (Lisa) Isaacson; grandchildren, Amy (David) Cohen & Jeffrey; 2 great-grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held TODAY-WEDNESDAY, 10 AM at Congregation Beth Sholom (1161 Monroe Ave.). Interment, Britton Road Cemetery. The family will receive friends at 142 Laburnum Crescent Wednesday beginning at 3 PM, Thursday, Friday until 2 PM, Sunday, Monday & Tuesday. Jaeckle, Sr. Mary RSM Brighton: (Formerly S. Mary Aquin). Called home to God on July 27, 2015 after more than 78 years as a Sister of Mercy. Sr. Mary was predeceased by her parents, Henry & Catherine (McGinn) Jaeckle; her sisters, Peg Wylie, Pat (Francis) Tenity and her brother, Bill Jaeckle. She is survived by her brother-in-law, AJ "Bud" Wylie; nephews, James (Sharon) Wylie, John (Mary Alice) Wylie, William and Thomas Tenity and their families; and her Sisters in Community. A graduate of Nazareth College and the University of Notre Dame, Mary taught at Catholic schools in Hornell and Corning before becoming a high school teacher of mathematics at both Our Lady of Mercy and Cardinal Mooney High Schools. Her time at Notre Dame cemented a lifelong interest in all things ND. Mary was a sacristan at both Mercy Center and St. Mary's Church in Rochester. Friends are welcome to call Friday 4-7 PM at the Mercy Center, 1437 Blossom Rd. followed by her Virgil Service at 7 PM. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday 10 AM at the Mercy Center. Interment, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Donations may be made in her memory to the Sisters of Mercy.

John, Lazor  
Lazor, John Brighton: "Doing the best I can." John Lazor, 87, entered into rest August 1st surrounded by his loving family and friends near and far. John led a full and productive life devoted to his family. He lived each day, one day at a time. He was born in Butler, Pa. A graduate of the University of Rochester, served in the US Navy, founding partner of People's Cable TV and was a manufacturer's representative. John is survived by his wife, Barbara (Siebert) Lazor, his family, James, Kim, Sophia, and Kyra Lazor of Queenstown New Zealand, Rick and Nancy Haggerty, Pittsford NY. A celebration of John's life will be held on Thursday August 6 from 4-7 pm at the Country Club of Rochester. Jopson, Ellen (Hammond) (Nye) Livonia: August 1, 2015 at age 78. She was predeceased by her husband, Theodore Jopson, grandchildren Colin Gott and Jennifer Allen. She is survived by her children, Andrew (Lisa) Nye, Donna (Don) Nicholas and Julie (Eric) Gott; step children, Karina Stubenrauch and Ted Jopson; grandchildren, Jordan (Mason) Martinez, Emily Nicholas, Dallas Connell, Tessa (Oren Taylor) Connell, Tom Gott, Harleigh Gott, Amber Stubenrauch, Erin Stubenrauch and Heather Jopson. Jordan, William E. Myrtle Beach, SC: William E. Jordan, age 81, passed away Friday, July 31, 2015 at Grandstrand Regional Medical Center. Mr. Jordan was born in Somerville, MA., a son of Arthur and Catherine Winchenbach Jordan. Mr. Jordan was a US Army Veteran, a Small Business Owner. He was a loving and generous man who loved life, family, friends, and food. Mr. Jordan lived in Ontario, NY before moving to Myrtle Beach 30 years ago. Mr. Jordan is pre-deceased by his wife: Janis Elaine Jordan; two brothers: Warren and Arthur Jordan. Mr. Jordan is survived by two daughters: Debra Jordan and Tracey Ostrander both of North Carolina; two sons: William Jordan of Florida and Paul Jordan of New York; six grandchildren: Christopher Ostrander, Nicole Ostrander, Holley Ostrander, Matthew Ostrander, Sarah Jordan and Carter Jordan. And many nieces and nephews. In lieu of a formal service family and friends are encouraged to gather around a table set with their favorite foods and offer a toast and a story in celebration of Bill's life. Kellow, Margo L. Webster: Passed away suddenly on Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at the age of 68. Predeceased by her parents, Donald and Marge Spear; brother, Gary Spear; sister-in-law, Rosemary Lovell. Survived by her best friend and husband of 35 years, David; sister-in-law, Linda Spear; brother-in-law, Robert Kellow; nephew, Chad Spear (Amy); niece, Katie Muscolino (Nick); her aunt, Fran Williams and her cat Squeekers. Margo was a dedicated worker and had a wonderful sense of humor which will be greatly missed by many good friends. She will be especially missed by her many co-workers at the Craft Antique LW Emporium in Ontario and at the Eastway Wegmans where many children affectionately called her "The Sticker Lady".
