Higgins, Vivian (Dahlof)

Rochester: March 3, 1926-July 26, 2013. Passed away peacefully surrounded by family. She is predeceased by her husband of 50 years, James F. Higgins and sister, Ruth Hassler. She is survived by her sister Helen Seindenberger; children, Jim (Chris) Higgins, Mike (Julie) Higgins, Pat Vay, Joanne (Mike) Andrews, Mary (Ted) Baum, Sue (Glenda) Higgins; grandchildren, Jessica, Emily, Matthew, Jennifer, Stephanie, Katie, Rachel, Madeleine and Katie.

Vivian was born in Bethlehem, PA. She attended Moore College of Art and Design. After graduation she designed and made children's clothing. She raised her family in MN, moved to Rochester, then to Tampa. After an illness she moved back to Rochester to be closer to her family and grandchildren. She was active at St. John Meadows, serving on the residence council and arts committee and was an avid Bridge player.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Wilmot Cancer Center, Breast Cancer Unit, 300 E. River Rd., P.O.
