Rochester: July 14, 2013 at age 92 years. Predeceased by son, William, Jr.; brothers, Richard, Edward, John; twins, Mark and Paul. Survived by wife of 72 years, Frances; children, Edward (Patricia), Mark, Rhonda (Tom), Rosie, and Michael; grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. We will miss his good company and spirited political discourse. Bill was the Master of the Mahogany for 45 years in Rochester at the Five O'clock Club, The Town Tavern, The Town and Country Supper Club, and the Exchange Street Pillar's. Bill's favored times were spent with family, at his summer retreat, and with his beloved rescue pets.
