I was lucky enough to coach and play with Tom during his short softball career. Great teammate, highly competitive and high energy individual. We had many great tournament successes always supported through his determination to achieve victory. Many laughs over those early years. His positive characteristics I am sure helped Tom to achieve success with the Veteran Outreach program. Good friend RIP.

That smile, those gentle eyes, the shining soul. Angels sing now that you are in heaven. Thank you for your service. Thank God for your life. Wishing you could have stayed longer, but I really now know your heart did not simply stop, but that you had finally given everything you had to the world. May God bless you Tom.

I have fond memories of Tom and the greatest work crew in Shakey's history with Cliff, Zip and Murph. Tom had a good heart and we are honored to have known him.

I first met Tom while attending MCC in 1974. Tom was the Editor of the Monroe Doctrine the school newspaper. I began writing sports and saw Tom as a calm and natural leader that was funny, warm and a take charge guy. He cared about people and wanted to do things the right way all the time. People like Tom are treasures to have in your life. i am glad i knew him and will pray that he is now at peace and will be watching over his loved ones.
