Elma Bellini Obituary
Webster - March 04, 2018 at the age of 63. Predeceased by her parents Philip and Patricia Bellini. Survived by her beloved husband of 20 years Jim Stevenson and their daughters Danielle & Katie Bellini; stepsons Brendan & Kevin Stevenson; grandchildren Jack & Noelle Stevenson; her sister Tina (Jeff) Lookup, also many brothers-in-law, sisters-in law, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends.
Judge Bellini graduated from MCC, SUNY Brockport, and the Syracuse University School of Law. She was a practicing lawyer for 14 years, then she was elected to Monroe County Court in 2000, and the New York State Supreme Court in 2008. Elma loved family and friends, Italian cooking, Pittsburgh Steelers, a good pair of shoes, everything about Christmas, York Shire Terriers, going to a beach, shopping with sister and daughters, and making people feel welcome.
Calling hours Wed & Thur 4-8 PM at Falvo Funeral Home, 1295 Fairport Nine Mile Pt. Rd. (Rte. 250) Webster. On Friday family and friends are asked to go directly to St. Rita's Church (1008 Maple Ave, Webster) for the celebration of her funeral mass at 11:15 AM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Camp Good Days & Special Times. Interment White Haven Memorial Park.

Jim, Danielle, Katie, Brendan, Kevin and the rest of the family - I cannot express how sorry I am for your (and our) loss. I will always think of Elma's laughter (didn't her laugh have a tinkle to it?) and big smile, Cookie Days, big meals, love of a good practical joke and a cute, creative reminder of an experience. But most of all, I will remember her love of her family about which she spoke all the time, and the many ways she made holidays and every day events special for those around her. Judge Bellini was my professor at St. John Fisher College when I went through the National Academy for Paralegal Studies program back in 1988 & 1989. She was a great mentor and a well respected Judge. So sorry to hear of her passing. Thoughts, prayers and peace to her family.

To Elma's Family, we have likely never met but please know the impact your wife/Mom made on our community. Elma would surprise us from time to time, walking into our studio in the early morning hours with warm, DELICIOUS, sausage bread, just to say hi and thanks for the laughs. She was never afraid to answer the tough questions on the air. She was quick with a smile and a warm hug to go with the bread. She was a GREAT, strong, compassionate woman, in a day when we desperately need them. Thank you for sharing her with us. Elma was such a sweetheart and a down to earth person. I am so glad I was able to reconnect with her. I met her in grade school and we were good friends. She was just as sweet then. She will definitely be missed by many and taken way too soon... My deepest condolences to her family...

Elma was always a great friend to all of us in Henrietta. I am so glad we reunited several years ago and had a chance to make more memories. I know she told me all she wanted to do was to see her daughter graduate but unfortunately that did not happen. I know she loved her daughters more than life itself. My prayers go out to her family. I will never forget the first time I met Elma. She came gracefully strolling into my office wearing the most amazing pair of flaming red boots. I was starstruck from that moment on. My heart breaks for Jim, Danielle and Katie. Your wife and mama made a tremendous difference in this world. May she be greeted by angels and have life everlasting in the next. Rest in peace, Elma.
