Will always remember his kindness towards Lydia Miller and family.
He and his wife will always be the gift to the class of 1960 at CHS. Always!

Harriet Eisenberg was my high school math teacher and Lydia Miller was my classmate at both #42 School and Charlotte High School. Mr. Eisenberg was a gracious and loving person who kept in touch with me every Christmas. I will miss hearing from him but he is reunited with Harriet and Lydia once again.

My late husband, Dick Palermo, was a Chem. E.(1959) student of Prof. Eisenberg's. Whenever we went to any U of R gathering, Prof. Eisenberg was so friendly & always remembered episodes in Dick's student days, especially the time he & a fellow student entered a big science contest at the very last minute, then won, to the great surprise of their professor. He continued taking an interest in his students' lives & always seemed to be around. He will be missed. May he rest in peace. Mary Anne P.

Dick was the ultimate gentleman and friend and mentor to many who knew him. We spent many happy times together at The Wild Center in Tupper Lake. I will miss his stories and his words of gratitude for the life he lived.

On behalf of the Kessler family I would like to give you our prayers and our condolence. Dick better know to us as Grampa Dick was a big part of our family. I know he influenced all of us and his generousity will never be forgotten. When we came to camp we always asked if Grampa Dick was going to be a Little Wolf Pond. We would always spend time and up date our lives as well as his. I know Harriet can not wait to have him back! Please know we will not forget a great man. Mchael Kessler

My cousin was Lydia Miller and I remember how grateful she was to Professor Eisenberg and his wife. I hope the family is consoled in knowing he is resting in peace. I am sorry I will not be able to attend the calling since I will be out of town. My prayers will be with you.
