Camille Klavsons Obituary
Klavsons, Camille

Di Renzo

Syracuse, NY: Age 74, passed away on January 7 after an 8 year battle with cancer. Camille holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Costume Design from Syracuse University where she met her husband of 40 years. They moved to Rochester in 1962 for her husband's employment with Xerox Corporation where she has resided since. Camille pursued further studies in painting with master artist, Alfonsas Dargis, and later enjoyed a career in interior design. Camille was a wonderful mother, an extraordinary grandmother, talented artist and devoted friend. She will be sorely missed for her dry wit, zest for life and adventure, and her great generosity.

She is predeceased by her husband, Uldis Klavsons and parents, Augustine and Antoinette Di Renzo. Camille is survived by her daughter, Andrea Klavsons of Fairport, NY; son, David (Lori) Klavsons of Mendham, NJ; grandsons, Augustine, Spencer and Terrance Klavsons; sister, Theresa (Peter) Crooker of Monterey, CA; brother, Anthony (Carol) Di Renzo of Syracuse, NY; uncle, Victor Di Renzo; many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and "Bleu."

Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 9:00 am in the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME and 10:00 am at St. Vincent De Paul Church, where a mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated. Entombment will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery Mausoleum, Dewitt. Family and friends may call at the THOMAS J. PIRRO JR. FUNERAL HOME, 3401 Vickery Rd.
