Webster: Sunday, May 12, 2013 at age 81. Predeceased by his sister, Ruth Ann Statt. He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Lucy (Spallina) Eygabroad; children, Rita (Dave) Garretson, Cynthia Eygabroad and Ronald (Jane) Eygabroad; sisters, Phyllis Eygabroad and Nancy Eygabroad (Dick Barnes); sister-in-law, Rose Caruso; brother-in-law, James (Audrey) Spallina; many loving nieces & nephews, grand nieces & grand nephews, and friends.

Charles served four years in the U.S. Navy and was an active member and Past Commander of Doud Post 1709 and member of the Webster American Legion. He retired after 37 years from Rochester Telephone Company; was a graduate of R.I.T., and member of Rochester Telephone Pioneers, Moose Club, UCT and Eagles; and the Bayview YMCA for over twenty years. He was also an active member of St. Rita's Church.

His family will receive friends on FRIDAY 1-3 & 6-8 PM at the funeral home (1650 Empire Blvd., Webster). On SATURDAY, please join his family at St. Rita's Church (1008 Maple Dr., Webster 14580) at 11:15 AM for his Funeral Mass. Entombment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be directed to St. Rita's School Scholarship Fund in his memory.
