Gregory Ellis Obituary
West Irondequoit: May 29, 2013 at age 56. Predeceased by his parents, James and Alva Ellis and brother Andy Ellis. Survived by his wife, Joan (Sellitto) Ellis; daughters, Jamie (Adam) Rossi, Kalie (Bryan) Fishburn; sister, Anne (Doug) Melech; sister in-law, Barbara (Michael) Lopa; brother in-law, Jerry (Kathy) Sellitto; several nieces, nephews and many friends.
Family and friends are invited to Greg's Memorial Mass SATURDAY, June 1 at 10 AM in St. Michael's Church 869 North Clinton Ave. Interment was held privately. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Michael's Church, 124 Evergreen St., Rochester, NY 14605. Dear Joan, I am shocked and saddened to hear of the loss of "Doc" Greg. It seems like just yesterday that we were at Rockys for the graduation gathering in 2012. It was so good to see Greg again after 30 years and to meet you for the first time. I will never forget Greg's great smile. My sincere condolences to you and Greg's family for your loss-

To all of "Doc's" family: I went to Eisenhower College with Greg in the seventies and was extremely fond of him. He called me "Mom" and took great care of me through some tough times. I am heartbroken to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you!
