Norbert J. Strassner
Caledonia - December 6, 2017 at age 88. He is survived by his daughter, Joyce (Allen) Yarton Jr.; brother, Paul Strassner; grandchildren, Angela (Nathan) Pollock, Alexander Yarton, Justin Yarton; great-grandchildren, Holley, Jacob, Anthony, Marcus Pollock; several nieces and nephews. Norbert was predeceased by his wife Janet I. Strassner, brother Louis Strassner Jr. He was an Army Veteran of the Korean War and a member of the Joseph Gallipeau Legion Post 294.
Family and friends are invited to call Sunday 2-5 PM at the Stephenson-Dougherty Funeral Home Inc., 350 Genesee St., Avon. Monday at 10 AM his Funeral Service will be held at St. Mary's Church, Geneseo. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Livingston County Center for Nursing, 11 Murray Hill Dr., Mt.
