January 20, 2011. Survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Sheila; he was a devoted father to his children, Catherine (Victor) Changanaqui and Michael (Shanna) Witkowski; grandson, Matthew; brother, Gregory (Beverly) Witkowski; niece and nephews. Dick received his Bachelor's Degree at Manhattan College in 1964, his M.S. at the New School for Social Research and his MPH at the
University of Michigan.
