Dear Ellen, Jane and John,
We were so sorry to hear this news. Your dad was such a wonderful, caring and knowledgeable man. I was honored to have worked with him when I first started working at Traveltime back in 1983. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.
Love,
Donna & Jerry Eskind (Drollinger)

We received an email from Gerard today notifying us of Ron's passing. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. We have many fond memories of your visits to the farm to tell us about your travels to so many unique places. Ron was always so well informed about the countries or sights you visited and it really whetted our interest to see some of those places ourselves. We've made a start on pursuing that goal, but have a long way to go to catch up on all the traveling you two did. We really enjoy it and appreciate the inspiration you both were for us to see all we can see.
In a different way Ron has now traveled on ahead of us to a new destination that we can only imagine and I can just picture my mom welcoming him with all the graciousness and hospitality she welcomed everyone to the farm. It was such a priority for her to invite you to come visit when we would be there because she knew how much we enjoyed hearing about your travels.
Though we cannot be there for the Memorial Service on Sunday our hearts are with you and we look forward to seeing you sometime when you can show us around where you live now. Maybe we could even bring Dad along. He enjoys going for rides whenever we can take him.
Thanks for visiting Dad on his birthday and for the cards you send to him. We are so grateful for all those who stop by to see him. It helps pass the time and add something special to his days.
With deepest sympathy
Larry and Linda Poelma
