Rochester: Passed away September 13, 2011 at the age of 94. Surviving are his wife, Cornelia (Nooten) Vandermeer; children, Lia (Jerome) Stephenson & Nicholas "Nick" (Bette) Vandermeer; 3 grandchildren,; brother-in-law, Herbert (Ilse) Nooten & their families;Nicholas also leaves a large loving family in his native country the Netherlands & many dear friends. Family and friends are invited to call Friday from 7-9 PM at Miller Funeral Homes, Inc. (3325 Winton Road South). A Graveside service will be held Saturday at 11 AM at Maplewood Cemetery (Middle Road, Henrietta). Those who wish may make contributions to a charity or organization of ones choice.
