Marvin Shulman Obituary
Brighton: Passed way on December 25, 2013 at age 91. Predeceased by his parents, Leo & Tillie Shulman & sister, Mary Lou Shulman. He is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Joan; devoted children, Wendy (Paul Brindza) Shulman & Peter (Kristin) Shulman; granddaughter, Rebecca Shulman Brindza. Marvin was a veteran of World War II and a local Optometrist for 40 years.
Funeral Services will be held TODAY-FRIDAY at 11 AM in the Benjamin Goldstein Chapel of Temple B'rith Kodesh (2131 Elmwood Ave.) Interment will be privately in White Haven Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the Summit of Brighton on SUNDAY from 2-5 PM. Donations may be made to Camp Seneca Lake c/o the JCC of Rochester in his memory. Joan and Family,
Dan and I send our sincere sympathy to all of you. Joan, such wonderful memories come to me today as I read of Mavin's passing. We all had so much fun at Green Hills. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Dr. Shulman was our family optometrist from 1964 through the 1980's. We were all very fond of him and his caring professionalism. He prescribed my first glasses at age 8! Thoughts and prayers are with his family during this difficult time. What an honor to have known him. Also, Thank you Dr. Shulman for your service to our country.
