Lee, 47, of Conifer, CO passed away Wednesday, February 26, 2014. Although Lee lived with Type I diabetes since he was 4 years old, he courageously fought this battle and refused to let it prevent him from doing what he treasured most in life. Lee was an avid outdoorsman who loved big game hunting, bird hunting, fishing, and his Harley Davidson motorcycles. He worked hard as an electrician early in his career and later in life as an automobile dealer. Lee had a gentle and kind heart and enjoyed life to the fullest with his many friends.
Lee is now reunited in Heaven with his beautiful 4-year-old daughter, Kassandra Lee, who was the light of his life and passed away in 2001 from a tragic automobile accident. Lee is survived by his parents, Lawrence Paul and Linda Wurm Gazda, sister Lori Rhodes, brothers Larry and Lewis Gazda, nieces Brianna, Kaycee, Danielle and Haylie and nephews Hunter, Brandon and Cameron and best friends George Grunden and his son Georgie.
A Celebration of Lee's Life will be held at 2:00PM Thursday, March 6, 2014, at The Barn Chapel at Evergreen Memorial Park. A reception will follow. The family will hold a private interment at a later date.
