Jerry was one of the kindest, caring and of course funny men that I knew. I was blessed to call him a friend. From someone who also loved him dearly - my sincerest condolences to his entire family whom I know he loved immensely.

I've known Jerry since the late '70s, working with him at IBM. I am so sorry to hear of his passing; the world has lost a terrific person. He was a mentor to me, always generous with his time and knowledge. We shared many a laugh over the ridiculousness of trying to get computers to cooperate. My condolences to you all.
