Bartholomew, Lee Houck at the age of 61, died suddenly of a cerebral hemorrhage June 30, 2011.Lee was born in Evanston IL, April 15, 1950 and moved to Colorado Springs, CO in 1954. He Graduated from Fountain Valley School in 1968, University of Wisconsin at Madison in 1972 and graduated with a Juris Doctorate degree at the University of Colorado, Boulder Law School in 1975. He began his practice that same year until his retirement in 2009. He was deeply loved and cherished by his wife, Debra Bartholomew, three children, Kelly, Tracy and Sean, all of Denver, CO and his two brothers, John Jr., Gypsum, CO and Daniel, Colorado Springs, CO. They say nothing lasts forever, but we will love Lee always and forever. He made us realize that true love really does exist, it reaches far beyond our imaginations. Even though we can't see him, touch him or hear him, we know he is still here with us. His absence has left an empty void in our hearts forever, but his legacy will live on.
