She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Francisco, daughters Anita (Felipe Samaniego) and Lisa (Wayne Jochem), sister Bonnie Re (Charles), and brother John Stucki (Arlene) and several nieces and nephews. She graduated from CU Medical School in 1954 and subsequently specialized in Internal Medicine. During retirement, she served with Francisco as a Rotary volunteer dedicated to improving the quality of life and healthcare in several developing countries. She was an avid hiker and backpacker and successfully summited all 54 of the 14,100-foot Colorado peaks. She touched the lives of many people, was dearly loved and will be sorely missed. Services will be held 10:00 AM Friday, Feb. 15, at Horan & McConaty, 1091 S.
