Marjorie (Talkington) Armitage, 4/9/25 to 9/30/13, was born on a homestead in the badlands of North Dakota. She earned a degree in sociology from CU and was a member of the first graduating class of physical therapists from Univ. of Colo. Health Sciences Center in 1948. She was a dedicated wife, mother, birder, gardener, trout fisherman, and friend. She is preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Art, as well as siblings Harold, Russell, and Betty. She is survived by her children Amy Armitage (John McColloch) and Charles Armitage (Kathy), grandchildren, Steffany Crossan and Bryan Crossan (Peggy Bowden), and great-grandson, Kaya Crossan. Memorial gifts may be made to the Denver Dumb Friend's League or to Wellshire Presbyterian Church. Memorial services to be held at Wellshire Presbyterian Church 2999 S. Colo.
