Dear Penny: My condolences to you and your family. Sorry I was so late in finding out about his passing. He was my first "temp" job when we moved to Denver in 1969. From there I took another position, but when Harry King was looking for a secretary, he mentioned that I might be interested. And so it began -- a friendship that lasted until we returned to Minneapolis in 1984. He was a wonderful man to work with, and I enjoyed his sense of humor.

Omer served as the long time Treasurer of the Denver Bar Association. He was supremely diligent and fair in all his dealings with the staff and elected leaders. He was respected, trusted and, importantly, liked by all who came in contact with him. I was proud to work with him and call him a friend. Chuck Turner

Mr. Griffin did legal work for my Grandfather, my Dad and Mother and myself spanning over many years and different generations. So as you can imagine Mr. Griffin was more than our attorney, he was a man we are proud to call a friend. I am so grateful to have known him, he was a good man. We love you Mr. Griffin and will never forget you. Our sincere condolenances to your lovely wife and family. Jacob Haas, Vern and Ruby Haas, Kay Corken.
