Sally Margaret Unruh

Of Windsor Gardens, Denver, passed away July 3, 2009, at 87 years of age. She was born Sarah Margaret McPhail on April 10, 1922 in Cornwall, Ontario. She met her husband Gene, who has predeceased her, in New York City at the end of World War II. She joined him in Hutchinson, Kansas, where they were married and had two children, Dale and Sharon. The family moved to Denver in 1962. She is survived by her brother Scotty McPhail, sister Margaret DeLeon, her two children and spouses, four grandchildren ,5 great grandchildren and her much loved dog, Cosmo. She was beloved by her family and friends for her beautiful spirit, intellect, wit and loving nature. Services, 10:00 AM, Tuesday, Ft. Logan, Staging area "A". Memorial service, 2:00 PM, Tuesday, at Fairmount Chapel In The Pines. In lieu of flowers, donations to: Denver Dumb Friends League.
