As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends. It's during times such as these that we can find comfort in the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6:9, 10 . . .‘Our Father in the heavens, let your name be sanctified. Let your kingdom come. Let your will take place, as in heaven, also upon earth'. Only God's Kingdom can bring peace, happiness, perfect health, and everlasting life.

Julie, my arms are wrapped around you in this time of sorrow and deep thoughts. I was blessed thanks to you with a wonderful "brother" in-law for 40 years. He was a true giver, fighter and lover to the very last breath of his being. God Bless.

Uncle Gene was an amazing man. Always a fighter. He was a huge inspiration in my life and will be missed. The world lost an amazing man, full of love and compassion. I love you, big guy. You live on in my memories. Rest in peace.

Gene has shown the true spirit of a hero for many years. Not only has he battled Carcinoid cance for over 27 years, but he did this while remaining active in the the Patriot Guard, FCRV camping, heloing friends when evr they needed him and even playing Santa for daycares every Christmas. I cannot count the number of times he helped me figure out a solution when something borke on my trailer or my truck. I alway appreciated that he would teach me what to do to fix something rather than just doing it for me! There are parts of Gene that will always live on in things I learned from him. Julie Remember I love Ya and will help however I can in the upcoming months. Debbi

Julie, we're sorry to hear about Gene's passing. What a fighter he was for so many years to fight his diseases. Our memories revolve around YARs and Campvention in CO, in particular. You came to the national activities when you could and enjoyed YARs when you could get there. What a job Gene & you did with the commercial area at Campvention. We've missed you two at these events. We'll miss Gene. Take care. God bless you.
