Obituary Condolences

Deacon Leonard E. Polak, 77 of Denver, died on December 27, 2009 of heart failure at St. Anthony Central Hospital. He is survived by his beloved wife of 56 years, Corinne (Kemme), his adoring children Sandra (Bob) Spencer, Paul (Judy) Polak, Daniel Polak, Edward (Elsie) Polak, Anne (Jim) Webster, Loretta (Greg) Baca, Cecilia (Geoff) Hetrick and Joe Kemme; also survived by eight grandchildren, five step-grandchildren, five great grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren, brother Bernard (Dottie) Polak and sister Arlene (Neil) Dittmer and numerous nieces and nephews. Leonard was ordained a deacon on April 10, 1976. Visitation Tuesday (today), 5PM - 8PM, Horan & McConaty Family Chapel, 3020 Federal Blvd. Funeral Mass Wednesday 11AM, St. Catherine Of Siena Catholic Church, 4300 Federal Blvd. Interment Golden Cemetery; Memorial Contributions suggested to Regis University, 3333 Regis Blvd., Denver, 80221 or to Notre Dame Sisters, 3501 State Street, Omaha, NE 68112.
