Roland Glover Rogers, 85, passed away at home December 28 2013. Born March 18, 1939 in Colorado Springs to Carl and Audra Dee Rogers. He is survived by his children, Susan Miner (Bob), John Rogers, Amy Martel (Bill), and James Rogers (Laura); grandchildren Joanne Starkey (Jason), Bonnie Rogers, Austin Rogers and Bennett Rogers; and his great grandchildren Tristan Starkey and Hayden Starkey; his brother Don Rogers (Connie) as well as many nieces and nephews and their families. He was preceded in death by his sister, Carla Rogers Reinking. The Celebration of Life for Rolly will be held at the Brown Palace Hotel, main ballroom, Jan 12th 2014, 12:00 noon. He will be cremated and his cremains spread by the family at the cabin. His life will be documented on the family plot headstone in Evergreen Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO.
