"Dear Jace my thoughts and prayers are with you in this time of sadness. I am so sorry for your loss, I pray you will be able to find some peace through allowing those that love you and care for you and your little family to bless you with their service. I hope you may find strength through our Father in Heaven. I did not get the chance to know your beloved wife but I know through the kindness and goodness I have felt from you that she would have to be amazing and continues to be so. She surrounds you and I know she wants you and your precious children to live and love and laugh while on the journey that will return you back to her arms forever. I hope that you may feel the warmth of our Saviors arms in times of need. Live the way she would inspire you as if she never left, in that you will continue to grow side by side with her. Mourning must take place and missing will never fade completely, but the light can return in time. God speed Jace"

The outpouring of love is so evident when visiting these condolences here, and through Facebook. Lacie was beautiful inside and out, was so loved and cherished and will be greatly missed. Jace- my heart breaks that you are going through this and the tremendous task of helping your kids through this. I do know that time doesn’t necessarily heal all wounds but does make them hurt a little less. I hope you and your children find some comfort in the fact that WE WILL NEVER FORGET LACIE and what an obvious impact she had on the people who knew her and even the ones that just briefly met her. Her love for her husband, children, family and friends was so obvious. It was impossible to even meet her briefly and not remember her great smile and unique sense of humor. Thoughts and prayers are with all of you!
