Sherri & Family: My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time. I was blessed to visit you and Max in your home the first few years after you moved into our neighborhood. Max is one of the really good men. My family was blessed to know both of you. Thanks for all the hugs and encouragement after I lost Betty. I hope I will be able to return the love.

Sherri & family, Max was truly a remarkable man. He had his health problems, but nothing kept him down. I can't believe how he was still mowing his lawn and doing yard work in his 90's. He was a good neighbor and an example to all. We will miss him. Love, John & Karen Yates

Max is such a good man and no doubt is needed on the other side of the veil to do some important work for The Lord. I have been blessed by knowing him and Sherri. They are both marvelous people.

Sherri and family. We are so sorry to hear of the passing of your beloved husband and a great man. Our thoughts and prayers are with you always. I remember as a very young bishop in 1986 the great support both of you were to our ward. Max served faithfully and diligently and always had encouraging thoughts and counsel. Our lives are blessed because we knew Max and we know you. Aren't we grateful for a wonderful plan of salvation and what comfort we receive because of the knowledge we have! May you receive strength from our Father in Heaven during this time and may you have a perfect hope of eternity through the atonement of our Savior Jesus Christ!

Love,

Jeff and Janene Hansen
