My condolences to the Wells family, I couldn't help but cry every time I read about her, she's so beautiful and I know Heavenly Father wants her to complete missionary work in the other side of the veil.
My son is also serving in PPM and he heard so many good things about your daughter, though he didn't get the chance to meet her personally.
Thank you for your great example in dealing with your loss, you have strengthened more my faith and the truthfulness of the gospel of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ.

I just learned of Sadiaes passing. I did not know her, but as I am also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Saints, we are technically sisters. Sadie is a loving daughter of our Father in Heaven and was dedicating her time to serving a mission. There is not a doubt in my soul that this beautiful young woman is with of loving Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and our Heavenly Father. He has a plan for all of us and we have to trust in that plan, even when it breaks our hearts. May all of Sadies friends, family and loved ones find peace and comfort in the atonement of Jesus Christ and the knowledge that we can live again with our loved ones.

Dear Wells Family,
As soon as I heard about your beautiful daughter, I knew she was a golden spirit whom the Lord loves dearly. There is a poem by Robert Frost entitled "Nothing Gold Can Stay." Almost 12 yrs ago, we lost our 19 yr old daughter in a car accident in Nine Mile Canyon. She wanted to go on a mission, and when Elder Gene R. Cook spoke at her funeral, he said that's exactly what she'll be doing. I would be happy to send you a copy of his talk which gave us much peace. We are so grateful for the plan of salvation and the sacrifice our dear Savior made which promises that we'll be together again as a family. May your hearts be encircled about by the arms of our Savior as life unfolds anew. Heavenly Father will be watching over her until we meet again at His feet. . . this I know!!!

I am so sorry for your loss. But then she really isn't lost is she? You know right where she is now. My own daughter died many years ago but it seems like only yesterday. The death of a child is the most painful thing a parent can experience. It hurts now but as time passes you will learn to live with it. I have placed your daughter's obituary on the Fallen Soldiers page of my website, which honors missionaries who have died in the line of duty. She is in good company.

Our hearts here in our central PA community are broken at the loss of your special daughter, whether member or not. After reading your statement about her loss and your concern for the bus driver and others, it's easy to see why she made such an impact on so many lives here. You should know that 3 days after the accident, one of the EMTs at the scene looked up our church building out in the country where a family "just happened to be cleaning" at what would otherwise have been an empty building at the time. He wanted to find out why such young girls would leave their families and come so far to teach about Jesus Christ. After finding out the meeting time, he came to Church on Sunday to the delight of the Ward. Your dear Sister Wells and the other 3 sweet missionaries in the car are still doing the work of the Lord.

We had the pleasure of meeting Sadie at our home and sharing a meal and many laughs and prayers with her. She was so special and charming. God created a beautiful spirit in Sadie and she had a glow around her. I remember commenting about her glow and when I saw the picture on the website she was glowing in the warmth of the sun. I am truly saddened by her loss. God Bless your family and I pray that her beauty and gentle spirit brightens all of your days. Joan Thomas, mother of JoAnn Booth

I am so sorry for your loss. Sadie is a beautiful daughter of God. So thankful to know she is now in the loving arms of her Heavenly Father, Savior and those who have gone before her. She worked with many missionaries and my son, Elder Jake Saylor was lucky enough to be one of them. He worked with her in Harrisburg and knew her well. He said she is an amazing missionary and he will miss her.

Sadie has affected the lives of countless individuals here in Pennsylvania. She was and continues to be on the Lord's errand. The whole region has been affected by her life and her sacrifice. Hearts will continue to be softened by her influence both here and in even greater numbers in her new field of labor. The PA Saints thank you with all of our hearts for raising such an amazing daughter and sister. Maisie, Olivia, and Bryton: we thank you. May the Lord encircle your family in the arms of His love.
