DEBRA RECORD Obituary

Debra Kay Record 1954 ~ 2010 Debra Kay Record, 56, of Salt Lake City, Utah passed away August 4, 2010, after battling a long term illness surrounded by family and friends. Born March 12, 1954, in Salt Lake City, Utah. The daughter of Katherine Mamales Record and H. Wayne Record (deceased). Debra had a sweet, kind and loving heart that even in her last days could bring a smile and laugh to everyone she met. She is survived by her mother Katherine Record, Marc and Judy M. Record, Dennis Record, Janet Record- Hummel, brother in law Dennis Hummel and sons Ryan and Mathew Mahoney and many nephews and grandchildren. Thank You to Mt. Olympus and Access Hospice for taking such good care of Debra in her last moments.
