Isabelle Evans Obituary
"Elle"
Isabelle "Elle" Marie Evans, 4, of Highland, Utah, died on Wednesday, February 8, 2012, as a result of injuries sustained in an accident.
Elle was born on November 6, 2007, in Sandy, Utah, the sixth child of Rob and Lorenne Briner Evans. She was as entertaining as she was beautiful. She loved to rock out to music with her big sisters, slide down the stairs with her brothers in sleeping bags, pose for the camera, toss her hair back from her face and purse her glossed-up lips, throw things when she was mad, rummage through Aunt Meme's purse for gum and lip glosses, give her dad alphabet-long foot rubs, and suck her thumb as she smelled the tags on her blankies at bedtime. She figured Aunt Megan's high heels were perfect attire for jumping on the trampoline and wanted to always be modest when she played dress-up. She would sing "I Love to See the Temple" or "Celebration" by Kool & the Gang to her mom on their bike rides around Alpine, and she planned for her and her friend Sienna to marry Justin Bieber. She had that Muhammad Ali "I'm the greatest" kind of attitude, and she was. Her family was crazy about her.
As a last gift of her life, Elle donated her kidney.
Elle is survived by her father, Rob, her mother, Lorenne; her sisters, McKenzie and Mia; her brothers, Getty, Cy, and Cam, and other extended family. She is preceded in death by her grand-père, Michael Ned Briner, and her great-grandparents.
Funeral services will be Monday, February 13, 2012, 11:00 a.m. at the Highland West Stake Center, 11605 N. 6000 W. Highland, Utah. Viewings will be held Sunday, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Warenski Funeral Home, 1776 N. 900 E. American Fork and Monday at the church at 9:30-10:45 a.m. prior to funeral services. Interment, Alpine City Cemetery. Arrangements under the direction of McDougal Funeral Home.

Dear Rob, Lorenne, and family, I was gone last week abd just heard about this from Ruth.
Last night i had the distinct impression to pray for someone mourning. I had no ldea who it was. Ia am so sorry i missed the services. Please accept my deepest and sincere condolences. You have always been wonderful examples to me. May you find peace in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Rob - I honestly don't know what to say to try and provide comfort and ease the pain you and your family are feeling. There isn't anything that I wouldn't do to try to help. I know that she had a higher mission and yet we have all been blessed for her time on earth. Your family is amazing, you and Lorenne are incredible parents that all should try to learn from. When I learned of the death of Rob and Lorenne's littlest angel my heart was abruptly pierced. I cannot even think a thought of wee Elle and her loss to our family without bursting into tears though I know she is nestled into the arms of her grandfather and g'g'parents who are on the other side. Yesterday she was a princess...today a queen... However, I feel a selfishness that I cannot remove just yet any of the pain the family feels... Though my sweet husband and myself are on a mission in the UK, and we cannot be there with you, please know my love enfolds you each and every one of you...we need to be closer than ever and I trust we will...Aunt Grace, Uncle Will and all your cousins (Glen, Robin, and Rebecca) and all their famlies too..

There are no words to express how I feel, but I will just try my best and say what my heart feels... I love Elle so much! along with mckenzie, Mia, getty, cy and cam... But there was something special there between Elle and I, I'm sure because this was heavenly fathers plan and so he knew we would only have these 4 years and would have to make them count. .. I close my eyes and the tears pour out and I can't help but thinking ..I want her back.. But then my heart is softened as I think of the pain rob and ren must be going through.. Who them, themselves are fabulous parents. ... I thank heavenly father for giving her to us for 4 years, it's worth the pain right now in exchange for amazing memories of her going through my purse, me always finding myself buying her a new lip gloss at the store, playing in grandmas backyard, the sleepovers while mom and dad are out of town, and her truly thinking of me as one of her "friends". I love you Elle, rob, ren, kenz, Mia, Getty, cy and cam!

I am friends with Cindy and was so sad when she posted that your sweet Elle had passed away. My heart breaks for all of you that knew this sweet little girl.
I have two a daughters, and one 18 days younger than Elle. I have held them a little tighter and made sure they know how much they are loved knowing that at any time it could be the Lord's time for them to return.
I pray that the Lord comforts you at this time and that you have the peace that you will need to carry you through. I can't imagine how you must be feeling, but please know that the love and prayers of complete strangers are with you.
