1927 ~ 2013
Born in La Grande, Oregon on January 27, 1927, died on January 18, 2013 in Riverton, Utah. He was 85 years old.
Perry graduated from La Grande High School in 1946, and was married to Margaret Elaine Sperry on July 1, 1950. While in Oregon he worked for Gettings-Lynch Motors and Orval Lentz Body Shop.
In 1959, he and Elaine moved their two daughters Shauna and Marlyce to Kearns, UT. He made a career at American Roofing as a heavy duty mechanic. They started a "2nd family" in 1967 with Perrilyn and Paula.
Perry enjoyed tinkering on things, especially cars. He also had a love for woodworking. He and Elaine loved to go camping with family and best friends, the Zumwalts. Perry never missed a Stock Car race, and loved his animals.
He is survived by his sister Valera Carlson - La Grande, OR ; Daughters Shauna (Rick) Snow, Marlyce (David) Bullard, Perrilyn (Keith) Cox, Paula (Travis) Judd. Grandchildren Tonia, Erik, Terra, Amanda, Aaron, Dalton, Hailee and Hannah. Great-grandchildren Stockton, Salem, Carson and Collin.
Preceded in death by his amazing wife Elaine.

Graveside Service and Interment will be held at 11 a.m. at the Redwood Memorial Mortuary, 6500 S. Redwood Road, on Saturday January 26, 2013.
