Craig and Kelly Hinckley
May 20, 2013
To the Larsen Family, My name is Craig Hinckley, son of Bryce and Janet Hinckley. What a GREAT LADY ! I am sorry for her passing. My wife Kelly and I took my mother Janet on her last road trip to Ephraim to Doris's house. What an awesome and fun time we had. It was three years ago this Memorial weekend. I remember McCoy and Doris when I attended Snow College years ago and the fine leaders they were. These memories of them I will always have. Our prayers and thoughts are with her family.

Aunt Doris was always there for nieces and nephews. I remember well the root beer she used to make, stored in the basement to keep it cool, and our delight when we heard the swoosh when it was opened.........it may have been a littler "hard" but it sure was good. She was definitely one of our favorite aunts and it was obvious that she loved us. She is already much missed.
