John Timothy Nimmo
"Jt"
"Mr. FANTASTIC"
07/22/1997 ~ 11/02/2013
Jt passed away on November 2nd, 2013. Jt was not only amazing, but he was "FANTASTIC" as well. Jt loved his friends Kade, Noah, Crijo, Jessie, and Trevor like family. There was also a special place in his heart for Todd. He not only stepped up to a full plate, but did it so lovingly, like a father Jt never had. He was thoughtful, kind, and one of the funniest kids you had ever met. He has earned his wings, and is now in a place of peace. Jt has touched the lives of so many, whether you knew him or knew of him, it was impossible not to love him. Now is your time to live wheelchair free, hit the peddle to the medal, and run those touchdowns!
He is survived by his Mother: Monica Jones, Sister: Kasandra Atkinson, Brother: Christopher Bylund, Grandmother: Cara Cole, Grandfather: John Cole, Uncle: Johnny Cole, Aunt: Marilyn Stokes, Cousin: Danny Stokes (Cassidy Pollock), Uncle: Joshua Schow (DeAnne Stacey), Cousins: Ethan, Aidan, and Colton. We want to thank anyone and everyone that has come to his side during the final stages of his life, whether it be by donation, food, or comfort. With a special thanks to: The University of Utah Football Team, Dr. Williams and colleagues from Primary Children's CICU, and Rocky Mountain Hospice; with a special thanks to his nurse, Peggy.
There will be a viewing held at Goff Mortuary, 8090 S. State St., Midvale, UT, on Thursday, November 7th, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. In lieu of flowers please donate to Shriners Hospital or Primary Children's Hospital.
There will be a Remembrance held for Jt at Hillcrest High School, 7350 S 900 E, Midvale, Utah on Monday, November 11, 2013 from 5-9 p.m.
