Dyann Moody

1986 ~ 2013
Dyann Moody, beloved daughter, sister and granddaughter left on an unexpected journey and returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father Dec. 7, Saturday.
Dyann was born Oct. 12, 1986 to Layne Y. and Leann VanEvery Moody in Payson, Utah. She grew up and attended schools in Spanish Fork, graduating from Spanish Fork High School. She participated in choir, orchestra, drama and track. She also participated in The Spanish Fork Children's Theater program and performed with Spanish Fork Community Theater.
She attended Snow College where she was a member of the show choir. She served an LDS Mission Spanish speaking in San Antonio Texas. A student at UVU, she worked for Cinemark and loved all things related to movies.
She loved music, books and her cat. She loved spending time with her friends and family and was always planning good times. She was a certified life guard, teacher and supervisor at the Spanish Fork City Pool for a number of years.
She is survived by her parents and four brothers: Matthew, Orem; Russell (Nicole, nephew Tristan), Eugene, Oregon; James (Michelle), Lehi; and Jacob, Cedar City; her grandfather, Judson VanEvery, Pocatello, Idaho; and many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. She gave love and touched so many lives for good. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, E.L. and Mary Moody and Janet Glorfield VanEvery.
Special thanks to her doctors who gave her loving care. In lieu of flowers, donations are accepted at Nebo Credit Union, Spanish Fork in Dyann's name.
Funeral services are under the direction of Walker Mortuary. A viewing will be held at Walker Mortuary, 187 S. Main, Spanish Fork, on Friday evening, Dec. 13, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. and services will be held Saturday, Dec. 14 at 11 a.m. in the Spanish Fork East Stake Center Chapel, 1150 East 1240 South. A viewing will be held at the church prior to services from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Spanish Fork City Cemetery.
