Louise Aramaki Obituary
Louise Aramaki
12/01/1959 ~ 04/08/2014
In the early morning hours of April 8, 2014, Louise Aramaki quietly and peacefully left this life to be with her loved ones who had gone before her.
Among those who preceded her in death was her father, Jack, whom she often called out to in her final days while her mother, Tetsuko, kept a constant and tender vigil by her side. For seven years, Louise had bravely battled breast cancer, and although this merciless disease ultimately overcame her body, it could not and did not conquer her indomitable spirit or her sense of humor.
Too young and too gentle to have left us so soon, Louise leaves behind many family and friends who will continue to love her and keep her memory alive. Included among those family members are her daughter, Ashley, her grandson, A'mir, her mother, Tetsuko, her sister, Cathy, her half-sister, Bonnie, and her brother, Craig (Ronda). She also leaves behind many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and friends whom she loved. She joins her father, Jack, and her half-brother, Jack (aka "Punky"), who preceded her in death.
Consistent with the way she lived, Louise's desire was to have any memorial services performed in her honor be quiet and unobtrusive. To carry out her wishes, a graveside service will be held on Friday, April 11, 2014, at 2:00 p.m., at Valley View Memorial Park, 4400 West 4100 South, West Valley, Utah. All those wishing to celebrate Louise's life are invited to attend the brief service in honor of this warm and caring soul, whom we will miss dearly.
