Sittner, Lynn Marice (Melton)  
Lynn Marice (Melton) Sittner June 29, 1954 - January 4, 2015 Lynn Marice (Melton) Sittner was born at Onofrio's Maternity home in Victorville, California to William C. and Melva Rea Melton. She was her mother's treasure. Lynn was a 1972 VVHS graduate and she went on to earn a degree in Business and Fashion Merchandising from Brooks College and Orange Coast College. Her first job was Merchandise Manager at JC Penney (Jacque Penne) in Costa Mesa. Her career took her many places, including Petrie stores, Christian of Copenhagen, Harris Co., Laundry, Cacique, Bath and Body Works, and finally, the Estee Lauder Counter Manager at Gottschalks. She of course excelled while earning 'Rookie of the Year', Millions in counter sales and other various awards and achievements. Through every stop in the retail world, Lynn made her mark. She touched hundreds of lives through her career and personal life. Her energy, creativity, thoughtfulness, service and Red-Headed Vivaciousness made her a favorite friend of many. Lynn's crowning achievement in the end was the loving continued care that she gave her beloved disabled mother. Lynn was predeceased by her parents and Ted Sandoval. She is survived by her brother Brent, his wife Sophie, nephew Nathan and his wife Alice. Additionally, many Melton and Barton cousins survive her. Lynn was excitedly anticipating the birth of her great nephew and it gave her such joy. Lynn is survived by her love, Larry Bryant. Also Max the Dachshund and Kiki the Himalayan. We do take comfort that she is in Paradise as we speak, Boofing, Merchandising and adding to the Décor. Service at Sun City Commons, 10733 Cumberland, Apple Valley CA will be held today, Saturday, January 24th, 2:30pm to 4:30pm. Taylor, Mary F.  
Mary F. Taylor March 14, 1964 - January 19, 2015 Mary F. Taylor passed away peacefully on Monday, January 19, 2015, surrounded by her loving family. Mary was born on March 14, 1964 to Gerald and Barbara Thomas in Cleveland, Ohio. She married her soul mate, Johnny, on September 17, 1983. Her family was the most important thing in her life, and she loved her family with all of her heart. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend to all. She is survived by her husband (John), her four boys (Brad, Robert, Doug and Allen), and the rest of her family and friends. She will be greatly missed.

WARNECKE, MADELINE M.  
Madeline M Warnecke November 7, 1923 - January 18, 2015 Affectionately Known as Maddy Madeline was born in Browns Creek, Minnesota. Madeline worked in a hospital before moving to Bremerton, Washington. While in Bremerton, Madeline met Morris. They were married in 1959 and spent the next 55 years together. Madeline worked for the Naval Supply Center in San Diego. Morris was in the United States Marine corps for 27 years. He also worked for Bank of America for 15 years. After they both retired, they relocated to Silver Lakes, a golf resort where they enjoyed their favorite hobby. They spent the next 27 years in Silver Lakes. Madeline is survived by two sons: Tim and Dean Derflinger, and 10 grandchildren. Madeline was a loving wife, mother, and most of all a true friend. Services will be held on January 28th at 11:00AM at Desert View Mortuary, 11478 Amargosa Rd., Victorville, CA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to VNA California.

Wilhelm, Leslie G.  
Leslie G. Wilhelm July 9, 1934 - January 17, 2015 Leslie G. Wilhelm peacefully left us to be in the arms of the Heavenly Father on January 17. He was preceded in death by his wife Dolores He is survived by his children: Greg Wilhelm, Leslie Townsend and husband Pete, Sharon Kolwyck and husband Don; step-son Michael Smith, seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews. Services will be Monday, January 26 at Mead Mortuary.
