James R. Bolejack

James R. Bolejack, 71, passed away Wednesday, May 2, 2012, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines. He was born April 1, 1941 in Lincoln, Nebraska, the son of Marvin and Mary (Maynard) Bolejack.
James worked for Polk County as a Civil Engineer for 29 years until retiring in 2001. He was a member of Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, and Elks Club.
James is survived by his wife, Julie Bolejack; son, Kyle Bolejack of Plano, TX; his daughter, Tricia Hansen of Hudson, IA; and five grandchildren, Morgan, Madeline, Brady, Mollie and Abigail. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral Mass will be 10:30 a.m., Monday, May 7, 2012 at Our Lady's Immaculate Heart Catholic Church, 510 E. 1st Street, Ankeny, with burial to follow at Highland Memory Gardens Cemetery. The family will greet friends from 4 to 7 p.m., Sunday, May 6, at the church.
