Services for Mary Bauer, 87, will be Monday, September 17, 2012 at 10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Melcher-Dallas. Burial will be at the Bauer Cemetery. Family will receive friends Sunday from 4 to 6 p.m. at the church. A rosary service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday. Memorials are requested to the Melcher-Dallas Rescue Unit. Mary passed away September 13, 2012 at the Legacy Lodge in Chariton from complications of a stroke. She was preceded in death by her husband, Cobb; son-in-law Lee Quick; and siblings: Herbert Konrad and Dorothy Konrad. She is survived by her children: Barb Quick, Kathy (Ron) Miller, Dennis (Mary) Bauer, Dave (Kathy) Bauer, Teresa (Rod) Harding; and Bill (Cindy) Bauer; 16 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and 3 great great grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Ramona Bauer.
