De Soto, formerly of Cedar Rapids

Pat, 63, passed away Saturday, July 12, 2014. A Celebration of Life Service will be at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 19 at Merle Hay Funeral Home with visitation one hour prior to the service, beginning at 10 a.m.

She will be remembered as loving wife, mother, grandmother and sister. Pat enjoyed reading, fishing, gardening and listening to country music. She was an animal lover, especially of dogs and enjoyed riding horses in her younger years.

Patsy will be remembered by her husband of 28 years, Perry of De Soto; daughter, Kim (Lauren) Warburton of Cedar Rapids; son, Terry Warburton of Indianola; granddaughter, Ashley Warburton of Cedar Rapids; two brothers, Jerry (Marjorie) Crispin of Des Moines and Tom (Bonnie) Crispin of Waukee and by a cousin, Pam Dice of Ankeny. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gerald, Sr. and Betty Crispin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to John Stoddard Cancer Center at UnityPoint Health Foundation, 1415 Woodland Ave., Suite E-200, Des Moines, IA, 50309 for ovarian cancer research.
