Fawcett, Deborah Dee Flowers - Houston  
Deborah Dee Flowers Fawcett, M.D., passed away Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer. Memorial service: 2 p.m. Monday at Griffin Leggett Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock, Ark., preceded by memorial visitation at 1 p.m. Interment will follow. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be sent to M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston. Debbie was born May 2, 1952, in Hope, Ark., to Hollis Vernon Flowers and Myrtle Aline Crosby Flowers. She grew up in Batesville, Ark., where her family attended First Baptist Church and Debbie graduated with honors from Batesville High School in 1970. She attended the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and was elected president of Chi Omega sorority before her early acceptance into the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1973. Debbie had a passion for serving others and earned her medical degree in 1977. She completed her residency in pediatrics in 1980, serving as chief resident at Arkansas Children's Hospital from 1979-1980. She worked in private practice as a general pediatrician for many years before accepting a position as an assistant professor of pediatrics at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 1992, and she served as medical director of the Asthma Care Center at Arkansas Children's Hospital from 1994-1997. In 1997, Debbie was invited to complete a fellowship in allergy/immunology at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. From 1999-2014, she was a partner in the practice of pediatric and adult allergy/immunology at Texas Regional Allergy & Asthma Center in Southlake. Debbie received numerous awards in her profession, including being recognized as one of Dallas' "Best Doctors for Your Kids" by D Magazine in 2002. In 2003, she received the Outstanding Teacher Award-Division of Allergy/Immunology at the University of Texas-Southwestern Medical Center. She was also chosen as a "Super Doctor" by Texas Monthly Magazine for the years 2006-2012, and named as a "Best Doctor" in 2011 and 2012 by Best Doctors, Inc. She had a special place in her heart for the many patients that she cared for during her 35-year career. Strengthened by her faith, determination and the support of her patients, friends and family, Debbie battled her cancer diagnosis courageously and was able to continue practicing medicine full-time until December 2014. She was a devoted follower of Jesus Christ and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren during her lifetime. The family would also like to give special thanks to Houston Hospice for providing outstanding palliative care and to family friend Sonja Hogg for her warm and caring support during Debbie's illness. Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Hollis Vernon Flowers. Survivors: Mother, Myrtle Aline Crosby Flowers; daughter, Holli Fawcett Clayton; son-in-law, William Clayton; grandchildren, Emily Jones, Eli Jones and Olivia Jones; her identical twin sister, Dianne Johnson; brother-in-law, Randy Johnson; brother, Dan Flowers; sister-in-law, Sara Flowers; and numerous nieces and nephews and their children.

Fennell, Coy - Fort Worth  
Coy Fennell, 78, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015. Funeral: 9:30 a.m. Tuesday in Mount Olivet Chapel. Graveside service: 3:30 p.m. in Old Ringold Cemetery, Ringold, Okla. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Mount Olivet. Coy was a retired police captain for the city of Hurst, a 32nd-degree Master Mason and had served in the U.S. Army in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Rainwater; and his grandson, Coy Edmonds. Survivors: Wife, Ellen; five children; 10 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Fialho, Josephine Dorothy - Fort Worth  
Josephine Dorothy Fialho died Wednesday, Feb. 25, 2015, at age 93. Service: Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church in Fort Worth. Interment: Calvary Catholic Cemetery in Corsicana. Visitation: A rosary will begin at 3 p.m. Sunday at Thompson's Harveson & Cole Funeral Home, followed by a visitation until 5 p.m. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to M.D. Anderson Cancer, P.O. Box 4486, Houston, Texas 77210-4486, giving@mdanderson.org, or charity of choice. Jo was born March 19, 1921, in Caroline County, Va., one of eight children of the late John Michaliga and Theresa Knizacki. In 1939, she graduated from C.T. Smith High School in Ladysmith, Va. She met Manuel Francis Fialho while he was stationed at Camp A. P. Hill in Virginia, and they were married on Dec. 21, 1944. Manuel preceded her in death in 1963, in Fort Worth. Jo was a certified audiologist with Dickey Hearing Aid for many years and later with Jones Hearing Aid until her retirement in 1996. For over 40 years she was an active member of St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic church. Jo was preceded in death by her siblings and longtime companion, C. J. "Bocky" Faulkner. Survivors: Vincent Fialho and wife, Kathryn, Dorothy Fialho and husband, Ted Murphy, Michael Fialho and wife, Katherine, Mary Smith and husband, Fred and John Fialho and wife, Carolyn; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

Calvin Edward Foster, 81, of Arlington died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: Due to the weather, the funeral will now take place at 3 p.m. Monday at Moore Funeral Home (Changed from the previous obituary). He was preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Gertrude Foster; daughters, Cathy and Audrey; and son, Stephen Foster. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Yvonne; daughter, Cindy Huff and husband, Darwin; grandson, Jarrod Foster; grandchildren, Paul Huff and wife, Chrissie, Christy Mindt and husband, Josh, Michelle Underhill and husband, Jason, and Ashley Foster; great-grandchildren, Lily Huff, Logan Huff, Eli Mindt, Colton Mindt, Devon, Johnny and Nikki; and great-great-granddaughter, Aleyah.

Foster, Calvin Edward - Arlington  
Calvin Edward Foster, 81, of Arlington died Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015, peacefully surrounded by his loving family. Funeral: 3 p.m. Monday at Morre Funeral Home. Visitation: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Moore Funeral Home. Calvin was born to Edgar and Gertrude Foster on Nov. 3, 1933, in Arkansas City, Kan. Calvin was known for kindness and love. He spent 64 wonderful years married to his high school sweetheart, Yvonne Foster. He touched many lives and never met a stranger. He had a love for sports and children, with many fondly remembering him as "Coach Foster," as he coached optimist football, baseball, YMCA basketball and was one of the six founders of the Arlington Softball Association. He was an incredibly hard-working man as he served in the Army from 1948-1950 and was a millwright for the Santa Fe Railroad. He later graduated from Arlington State College/UTA as a mechanical engineer and worked as an industrial engineer at General Motors for 36 years. He was preceded in death by parents, Edgar and Gertrude Foster; daughters, Cathy and Audrey; and son, Stephen Foster. Survivors: He is survived by his wife, Yvonne; daughter, Cindy Huff and husband, Darwin; grandson, Jarrod Foster; grandchildren, Paul Huff and wife, Chrissie, Christy Mindt and husband, Josh, Michelle Underhill and husband, Jason, and Ashley Foster; great-grandchildren, Lily Huff, Logan Huff, Eli Mindt and Colton Mindt, Devon, Johnny and Nikki; and great-great-granddaughter, Aleyah.

Fulcher, Albert - Wellington  
Albert Fulcher, 93, a lifelong resident of Wellington, died Friday, Feb. 20, 2015. Service: 2 p.m. Sunday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. Derwin Comer, retired Baptist minister of Oklahoma City, and Mr. Keith Martin officiating. Interment: Memorial Gardens Cemetery by Adams Funeral Home. Memorials: The family suggests that memorials be made to the Wellington Cemetery Association, Box 321, Wellington, Texas 79095. Albert was born July 18, 1921, in Wellington to Roy and Georgia Christy Fulcher. He married Lois Ford on Jan. 18, 1948, in Amarillo; she died in 1966. He later married Mary Earnest on Sept. 14, 1969, in Roanoke, Ala. She died in 2010. Albert served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a retired farmer, a member of First Baptist Church and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Glynn Moore Post #6439. In addition to his wives, he was preceded in death by a brother and three sisters. Survivors: Sons, James Fulcher and wife, Judy, of Arlington and Lynn Fulcher and wife, Pattie, of Amarillo; special friend, who is more like a daughter, Bev Odom and husband, Neal, of Wellington; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
