O'Donnell Sr., Rory F. - Bedford  
Rory F. O'Donnell Sr., 76, passed away Sunday, March 22, 2015, in Bedford after a courageous battle with cancer. Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Wednesday, April 1, at St. Colman Church, 2027 W. 65th, Cleveland, Ohio. Interment: Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation: Friends may call 4 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Chambers Funeral Home of Cleveland, 4420 Rocky River Drive at Puritas. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Bedford. Memorials: Charitable contributions in Rory's name may be directed to St. Ignatius High School, 1911 W. 30th St., Cleveland, Ohio 44113, or a charity of choice. After graduating from St. Ignatius High School, he served in the U.S. Army and then began his long career working at Ohio Bell. His work took him to Texas in 1998 where he met Patsy and lived the remainder of his life. Rory celebrated his rich Irish Catholic heritage, loved sports and served as president of his neighborhood association. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his beloved first wife and mother of his children, Lenore; his daughter, Maureen Cleckner (Matt); and brother, Neil "Bullet." Survivors: His beloved wife, Patricia "Patsy"; children, Denise, Timothy (Brooke), Rory II (Jill); stepdaughter, Lynn Bernadello; grandfather to eight; sisters, Merida Raschiotto, Marcia Notarberardino (Chuck); and uncle to many.

O'Neal, Elizabeth - Montgomery  
Elizabeth O'Neal, 84, met her Lord on Thursday, March 26, 2015, greeted by her loving husband, Roy, who had gone ahead of her July 8, 2014. Funeral: 1 p.m. Saturday in Coker-Hawkins Funeral Home Chapel in Decatur. The Rev. Larry Cornell and the Rev. Chris Powell will officiate. Interment: Fairview Cemetery. Memorials: In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Castleberry Baptist Church. Liz was born to Leonard and Gladys Rose in Decatur on Jan 5, 1931. She and Roy were married Oct. 2, 1948, in Decatur. A memorable tradition back then was the groom pushed the bride in a wheelbarrow around the courthouse square, and he did just that! They were married 66 years. Roy and Liz were active members of Castleberry Baptist Church in Fort Worth, making many friendships that continued throughout the years. Liz was preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband, Roy; and her brother, Sam Rose. Survivors: Daughters, Patricia Young and husband, Verl, of Nocona and Roxie Gernand and husband, Roy, of Montgomery; sister, Larue Washburn of Decatur; brother-in-law, Coy O'Neal of Decatur; sister-in-law, Edith Rose of Haltom City; granddaughters, Deana Melancon and husband, Ben, of Gainesville, Kimberly Gall and husband, Hugh, of Weatherford and Jennifer Follis and husband, Russell, of Weatherford; great-grandchildren, Kaylee McDaniel, Payton Gall and Emmerson Follis; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of friends.

Olvera, Frances Jewel - Fort Worth  
Frances Jewel Olvera was born April 14, 1948, in Edinburg, and joined our Lord on Friday, March 20, 2015. Graveside service: 2 p.m. Wednesday in Shannon Rose Hill Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Davis Funeral Chapel. Frances was a loving wife and mother who devoted her life to her family and gardening. Frances attended Trinity Baptist Church and in her younger years, Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors: She leaves behind her loving husband, Joe; children, Joe Jr., Patricia and Angeline; grandchildren, Alexandria, Jacob, Timothy, Matthew and Samantha; great-grandchildren, Malachy, Yari, Shelby and Autumn; sisters, Rosey and Mary; and brother, Melvin.
