Today I learned of Darren's passing. It was quite a shock and I am deeply saddened.I am so sorry.He was kind to my family and me.He took Adam fishing,escorted Holland when she was a princess in the homecoming court in high school,and he helped me in ways too numerous to count.You were special to us Darren.We will miss you.

I am very sorry for the loss of Darren, I had no clue he passed away until this morning. Darren, we had alot of fun cruising around in your hot rod pickup back in the 80's. You will always be remembered. May you rest in peace.

Thoughts and prayers to Judith and the Hix family. Darren could always cheer up a room with his smile and laughter. He could always give the best hugs. Darren will be greatly missed by all, but never forgotten. Glad to have memories to keep of fun times. We love you Darren!

Just wanted to say how very sorry I am to hear of Darren's death. To say I'm shocked is such a huge understatement. Words cannot express my grief or sorrow for all his family and friends. I met him over 30 years ago when I became a Whiteside(his mother's maiden name) and he was never anything but kind and loving to me. He had a beautiful smile and an infectious laugh. I'm so very sorry I can not be at the service due to my work schedule. I am there in spirit and giving hugs to each of you. Again, please accept my deep condolences for each of you.
