Glenn Harrison Coolidge Jr. passed away Wednesday, July 24, 2013, in Fort Worth. Memorial service: 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, at Altamesa Church of Christ, 4600 Altamesa Blvd., Fort Worth. Inurnment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: The family will receive friends at 10 a.m. Thursday. , attaining the rank of sergeant. Later, he was employed by Motts 5 & 10 and retired from Robinson Roofing. Coolidge was an avid volunteer and supporter of Big Brothers and Big Sisters and was the oldest Big Brother in Tarrant County. Survivors: Wife, Mary Jane; sister, Mirla Wright; brother, Carol Coolidge; daughters, Chris, Lisa, Jamie, Linda, Cynthia, Lanette, Denise, Darla and Shelley; and their families, including 23 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
