Jack L. Moore, 86, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 31, 2013. Graveside service: 10 a.m. Thursday in Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Jack was born Nov. 29, 1927, in Anson to the late Horace and Bessie Moore. He served in the U.S. Air Force
from 1951-1955. Jack worked for Swift and Co. for 27 years and then owned his own heating and air conditioning company. He was a member of Oak Knoll Baptist Church, Disabled American Veterans, Masonic Lodge 942, and the American Legion. Survivors: Wife of 54 years, Catherine Berwick Moore; sons, Tim Berwick and wife, Carolyn, and Paul Berwick and wife, Darlene; grandchildren, Alex Berwick and wife, Alicia, Brad Berwick and wife, Tricia, Kim Hutchins and husband, Ty, Jonathan Berwick and Cate Berwick; great-grandchildren, Ryan Berwick and wife, Sarah, Carson Berwick, Collin Berwick, Anna Bei Berwick, Bethany Berwick, Connor Berwick and Karley Hutchins; brothers, Don Moore, Franklin Moore and David Moore; and numerous nieces and nephews.
