Marjorie Ann Maloney(1921 - 2013)

Marjorie Ann Maloney, 91, died Easter Sunday, March 31, 2013. Service: Mass of Christian Burial, 3 p.m. Saturday at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Interment: Laurel Land Memorial Park. Memorials: St. Vincent de Paul Society, c/o St. Bartholomew Catholic Church, 3601 Altamesa Blvd., Fort Worth 76133. Marjorie was born July 26, 1921, in Austin, daughter of the late Edwin and Anne Marie Schneider. A lifelong volunteer, she was dedicated to the work of her church. She enjoyed working with the children of St. Teresa's Home and crocheting baby blankets for John Peter Smith Hospital. She was a founding member of St. Andrew Catholic Church where she served as an Eucharist Minister. Later, she joined St. Bartholomew Catholic Church and volunteered 40 years for the St. Vincent de Paul Society. Marjorie loved to plan family gatherings. She was always "in it for the fun." She will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Jim Maloney. Survivors: Her children, Tim Maloney and wife, Christine, Kathy Matson and husband, Ron, Pat Maloney and wife, Elaine, Mike Maloney and wife, Michelle, Dennis Maloney and wife, Dawn, Chris Maloney and wife, Melinda, Kevin Maloney and wife, Misty; grandchildren, Tim Maloney, Angela Matson, Daniel Matson, Kevin Maloney, Shea Maloney, Emily Bickle, J.D. Maloney, Jessica Maloney, Gillian Maloney, Travis Hill, Kelsey Maloney, Bree Reddchase and Hunter Reddchase; great-grandchildren, Brandon and Tessa Maloney, Maya Matson, Kaitlyn Briggs, Emerson Bickle.
