Onas Thomas "O.T." Fuller, 90, passed away Friday, March 14, 2014, in Fort Worth. Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in Oakwood Cemetery in Waco. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home in Waco. O.T. was born Feb. 11, 1924, in Denton County to the late William Henry and Bertha Mae Libsy Fuller. O.T. joined the Army
Air Forces in 1942 as an undergraduate and was honorably discharged in 1945. He retired from the U.S. government (Department of Defense) after 31 years of service. He was honored in 2009 to be included in a trip to Washington, D.C. and to the World War II Memorial. He was a Mason and Shriner. O.T. was preceded in death by his wife, Belva Watson Fuller; stepgrandson, Brandon Helms; brothers, William and Harry Fuller; and sister, Elizabeth Terry. Survivors: Daughter, Connie Worn and husband, Larry; son, Onas Tom Fuller; stepdaughter, Kim Merridith; siblings, Verda Lois Turner, Dorothy Macel, Ann Ehlert, W.L. Wallace, James Fuller; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
