Stanley Brock, 82, passed away the morning of Friday, June 21, 2013, surrounded by family at home after a long battle with cancer. Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday at Lamar Baptist Church. in Stan's memory. Stan was born on April 8, 1931, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Thomas and Cordelia Brock. He served in the Air Force for four years during the Korean War
. After deployment to Korea, Stan and Lillian moved to Arlington, where he worked for Delta Airlines for 30 years and had been a longtime member of Lamar Baptist Church. Stan enjoyed restoring antique motorcycles and flying model airplanes. The family would like to express its sincere thanks to the office and staff of Dr. C.K. Wang. Stan was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters. Survivors: Wife of 61 years, Lillian Brock; daughters, Gail Morgan and husband, Tommy, of Austin, LuNell Garza and husband, Joe, of San Antonio and Carol Cox and husband, Bart, of Burleson; nine grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and his brother, Paul Brock of Prescott, Ariz.
